ELIGIBILITY

Our Service is intended for individuals and businesses aged 18 or older. By using our Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement with Zyvora LLC.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Zyvora LLC provides website design and development services, including but not limited to landing pages, business websites, and custom website builds, as described on our Site and agreed upon at the time of booking. The specific scope, deliverables, number of pages, revisions, and delivery timeline for your project will be defined in your selected plan or a separate written agreement/invoice before work begins.

ONE-TIME PAYMENTS

All services offered by Zyvora LLC are billed as a one-time, project-based fee. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or automatic renewals. Pricing, payment schedule, and any deposit requirements will be communicated to you before work begins. Full payment is required before final files are delivered or the completed website is published, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure timely delivery of your project, you agree to provide accurate project requirements, final text content, images, logos, and any necessary account access (such as hosting or domain credentials) in a timely manner. Delays caused by late submission of content, feedback, or approvals may extend the estimated delivery timeline, and Zyvora LLC is not responsible for such delays.

REVISIONS

Each plan includes a specific number of free revisions, as outlined at the time of purchase. Additional revisions beyond the included limit may be requested for an extra fee, which will be communicated before any additional work begins.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on the scope of your selected plan and assume timely cooperation from the client. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, or unforeseen technical issues.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Certain services fall outside the scope of our standard plans and may incur additional charges. These include, but are not limited to, domain registration, web hosting setup, e-commerce/online store integration, extra pages or revisions beyond plan limits, copywriting, logo design or branding and ongoing website maintenance. Any additional services will be quoted and agreed upon separately before work begins.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content created specifically for your project. Zyvora LLC retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets used in your project, such as licensed stock images, fonts, plugins, or themes, remain subject to their respective licenses and are not owned by Zyvora LLC or transferred to you beyond the scope of that license.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Service may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, plugins, hosting providers, or payment processors. Zyvora LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or policies of any third-party service used in connection with your project.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund terms for our services are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, available on our Site. By engaging our Service, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyvora LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality, functional websites, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, or third-party platform.

TERMINATION

Zyvora LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project at our discretion in cases including, but not limited to, non-payment, abusive conduct, or a scope of work that falls outside our capabilities. Any applicable refund in such cases will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota.
